"Could we ever know each other in the slightest without the arts?" Show the world who you are. Bring your talent to the Downtown Art Festival. The most creatively dressed and expressed  person will be crowned each Saturday at 5:00 pm at 4 Triple 5, 4555 Queen Street, Niagara Falls as the street breaks into dance with an on-street DJ every Saturday starting September 20th from 5pm-9pm.
